Any property owner, Real estate agents are all welcome to list their respective properties on Hapartment.Meanwhile, before you can create listing on Hapartment, you need to Register, Login and get verified using our KYC for verification.
To create listing or add properties on our platform, you need to checkout the 'How To' section of our website where we guide you on how to create your listing sucessfully without rejection.
Once a listing has been verified, a verified tag will be attached to the listing which shows that the listing has been verified by us. Initially if a listing has a pending tag, that means such listing is still under our verification process and not verified yet.
There are several reasons a listing can be rejected on Hapartment.It is advisable to checkout the 'How To' section on the create listing page or download the pdf file attached to the page where we guide you on how to create your listing sucessfully without rejection.
Once your listing is rejected, an email will be sent to your registered email on our platfrom, as regarding the reason why your listing was rejected and what you should do to fix the error and get your listing approved. Meanwhile such listings will be in pending state until it is approved.
Always remember that finding a good place is tough, Don't make it tougher by wandering from place to place, download our app and explore for your perfect homes. It is easy and just takes a few minutes.
We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of listings submitted on our platform, but we do monitor the app to create a safe marketplace for all
We basically provide you with the tools to find your perfect place. While we can't give you recommendations about where to live, you can find a perfect home on our platform using our predefined filters with easy navigation.
Yes! you can search and download our app from playstore or applestore. You can explore our listings from your mobile phone, tablets, or iphones.
